I'm  thankful  for  each  drop  of  rain
For  the  great  big  sky  above
But  most  of  all,  I'm  thankful  for
My  Saviour's  endless  love.
 

Where  would  I  be  tomorrow  if
I  had  never  held  His  hand
What  would  I  do,  were  I  without
His  Promise  on  which  I  stand ?
 

I'm  thankful  for  each  blessing  that
My  Father's  sent  my  way
For  precious  friends  He's  given  me
And  I  love  each  one  today.
 

And  if  there  weren't  a  Hell  at  all
I  believe  this  much,  I  know
Because  of  what  HE  did  for  me
I  would  still  love  Jesus  so.
 

I'm  thankful  for  those  prayers  Lord
Many  times,  just  You  and  I
So  oft'  the  tears  have  cleansed  my  soul
When  in  trials,  I've  not  asked  ' why '.
 

Yes  I  do  believe  with  all  my  heart
In  my  Bible,  Your  Holy  Word
For  the  miracle  now  I  thank  you  Lord
That  the  Gospel  I  have  heard.
 

I'm  thankful  for  the  morning  dew
For  the  Robin's  song,  each  chord 
But  most  of  all,  my  Salvation  Gift
Dear  Jesus,  thank  You  Lord.
