DONE AND THEN LET THEM COOL.
BEFORE
YOU BOIL THEM, CUT THEM INTO

CHUNKS.
ONCE
YOUR POTATOES ARE COMPLETELY
COOLED
OFF, PUT THEM INTO LARGE
CASSEROLE
DISH OR BOWL. DO NOT MASH
THE
POTATOES; KEEP THEM IN CHUNKS.
