MIX TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL:

LETTUCE
TOMATOES SLICED
CAN WHOLE KERNEL CORN (NO JUICE)
CAN OF SWEET PEAS (NO JUICE)
CHOPPED PIECES OF HAM

IN JAR OR SEPERATE BOWL, MIX
TOGETHER MAYONAISE & LITTLE BIT OF MILK
AND THEN MIX IT INTO YOUR SALAD.

CAJUN  POTATOE  SALAD
 

INGREDIENTS:
 

FIRST STEP IS TO BOIL YOUR POTATOES
'TILL DONE AND THEN LET THEM COOL.
BEFORE YOU BOIL THEM, CUT THEM INTO
SMALL CHUNKS.
ONCE YOUR POTATOES ARE COMPLETELY
COOLED OFF, PUT THEM INTO LARGE
CASSEROLE DISH OR BOWL. DO NOT MASH
THE POTATOES; KEEP THEM IN CHUNKS.

HOW MUCH OF THESE NEXT INGREDIENTS
YOU USE, DEPENDS ON HOW MANY PEOPLE
ARE GONNA EAT YOUR POTATOE SALAD. I
ALWAYS COOK ENOUGH FOR AN ARMY, SO I
USE TWO BATCHES OR BUNDLES OF CELERY,
2 TO 3 CANS OF THE PITTED BLACK OLIVES,
2 OF THE SMALL GLASS JARS OF THE PIMENTOS,
SEVERAL BOILED EGGS, AND A WHOLE BIG JAR
OF THE DILL PICKLES.
 

CHOPPED  CELERY
CHOPPED  BLACK  OLIVES
CHOPPED  BOILED  EGGS
CHOPPED  PIMENTOS
CHOPPED  DILL  PICKLES

SPICES:

SALT  &  PEPPER

DILL
 

JUST MIX YOUR COOKED, COOLED CHOPPED
POTATOES UP WITH YOUR CHOPPED CELERY,
CHOPPED DILL PICKLES, CHOPPED BLACK OLIVES,
CHOPPED BOILED EGGS, PIMENTO, SALT AND
PEPPER TO TASTE AND A FEW SPRINKLES OF
YOUR DILL SEASONING. WHEN ALL THIS IS
MIXED TOGETHER REAL GOOD IN LARGE
CONTAINER/BOWL/DISH, THEN ADD:
MAYONAISE. SOMETIMES I'LL ADD JUST A
LITTLE BIT OF MUSTARD TOO, BUT NOT
VERY MUCH. DEPENDS ON HOW YOU LIKE IT !
