If  I  should  have  a  question 
That  I  need  an  answer  to
 I  read  my  King  James  Bible
Yes  God's  Word  so  pure  and  true.
 
 

Oh  His  Holy  Word  is  sharpened,
And  so  powerful,  'Tis  so
My  Bible  tells  me  all
And  everything  I  need  to  know.
 
 

When  in  doubt,  I  search  the  Scriptures 
There's  no  better  place  to  look
I  can  say  without  exception
That  it  is  my  favorite  Book.
 
 

Got  a  question  'bout  Redemption ?
Or  perhaps  on  Calvary ?
Open  up  your  King  James  Bible
Where  the  answer  you  will  see.
 
 

Do  you  wonder  of  your  Saviour
Or  about  that  rugged  cross ?
Have  you  thought  about  Salvation
For  the  sinner  who  is  Lost ?
 
 

Have  you  ever  had  a  question ?
Did  you  know  Christ  took  your  place ?
Open  up  your  King  James  Bible
It  tells  all  about  God's  Grace.
 
 

Now  each  day  before  I  open
Up  my  Bible,  I  will  pray
"God  give  me  understanding
Of  Your  Word"  - is  what  I  say.
 
 

No  He  never  ever  fails  me
How  I  love  to  read  His  Word
Without  error  are  the  Scriptures
Powerful  when  read  and  heard. 
 
 

Oh  God's  Holy  Word  is  precious
Yes  I  love  to  read  it  so
For  my  Bible  tells  me  all
And  everything  I  need  to  know.
