I
DON'T CARE
ABOUT
THAT
MOUNTAIN
Oh
I've had my share of troubles
Lord
You know I've shed some tears
Climbed
those hills and carried burdens
Had
my share of doubts and fears.
I've
had moments of temptation
Sought
forgiveness oft' from You
Faced
so many of life's trials
Even
climbed a mountain too.
Yes
I've had my share of sorrow
And
those heartaches, I've been there
Tasted
of those waves of pity
When
I felt life wasn't fair.
Many
times I've knelt in prayer
Upon
bended knee and cried
Precious
Lord for Your forgiveness
When
I've tossed Your love aside.
But
there's one thing that I cling to
Every
hour of every day
Jesus
Saved this wretched sinner
And
inside my heart He'll stay!
Lord
I know for every burden
Every
heartache I have found
I
am on my way to Heaven
This
ole' world won't get me down!
No
it matters not the trials
Or
the tears I've shed, each one
Don't
compare with all the joy
That
I get from Christ Your Son.
Every
teardrop, every sorrow
You'll
replace with jubilee
Oh
I'm on my way to Heaven
Thank
you Jesus, I am Free!
I
don't care about that mountain
Or
those hills I've had to climb
For
I claim the Blood of Jesus
Yes
that Victory is mine!
I
try always to remember
That
I'm only passing through
No
this world is not my Home, Lord
I'm
just on my way to You!
