I'M   CASTING   MY   BURDENS
 
 

I'm  casting  my  burdens  on  my  Saviour  today
For  the  weight  is  too  heavy  on  my  shoulders  to  lay.
 

Hallelujah!  Rejoicing!  took  my  sorrows  and  cares
Gave  them  all  to  Jesus,  one  less  burden  to  bear.
 

Oh  I'm  trusting  my  Saviour,  I  don't  worry  no  more
And  He'll  never  forsake  me,  like  some  others  before.
 

No  I'll  never  regret  it,  He's  got  a  grip  on  my  soul
Yes  today  and  forever,  just  to  praise  Him  my  goal.
 

When  I'm  feeling  down-hearted  and  those  troubles  I  see
Take  my  burden  away  Lord,  it's  too  heavy  for  me.
 

I'm  casting  my  burden,  Lord  I  give  it  to You
Got  no  reason  to  carry  more  than  You'd  have  me  to.
 

When  my  shoulders  are  weary,  gonna  pass  Him  the  load
Always  ready  and  waiting  just  for  me  to  let  go.
 

I  have  learned  to  surrender,  give  those  burdens  to   Him
He's  the  Greatest  of  healers,  He  Forgave  all  my  sin.
 

Won't  be  getting  bogged  down,  got  no  reason  I  know
Jesus  came  to  my  rescue,  taught  me  how  to  let  go.
 

On  the  day  that  He  Saved  me,  washed  my  sins  all  away
Yes  I'm  casting  my  burdens  on  my  Saviour  today.
