BECAUSE    JESUS 

PAID

MY   FARE  !
 
 
 
 

There's  a  Flight  that  leaves  for  Heaven
With  no  baggage  to  declare
It  cost  me  not  a  penny
Because  Jesus  Paid  my  Fare !
 
 

Don't  know  just  when  I'm  leaving
But  I'm  sure  to  travel  light
My  destination's  Heaven
When  I  see  my  Lord   in  sight !
 
 

There  won't  be  time  for  packing,
I  won't  need  a  pass  to  board
Just  me  and  my  Salvation,
I'll  be  leaving  with  the  Lord !
 
 

My  ticket  has  been  Purchased
Since  that  moment  in  my  life
I  gave  my  heart  to  Jesus
And  He  washed  my  sin  and  strife !
 
 

Oh  I  got  no  fear  of  flying
Won't  be  looking  east  or  west
No  chance  of  any  danger
For  my  Pilot,  He's  the  Best  !
 
 

No  fear  of  motion  sickness,
And  no  jet-lag  to  endure
No  need  to  check  the  weather
By  His  Blood  I  am  Secure !
 
 

Now  when  we  make  our  landing,
And  I  see  my  Home  at  last
Eternity  in  Heaven
'Coz  I  got  my  Pre-Paid  Pass !
 
 

My  loved  ones  will  be  waiting
Yes  my  son,  I'll  see  him  there
No  dates  of  expiration
Because  Jesus  Paid  my  Fare !
